How do I book with Accommodation Pakenham ?
Booking a holiday house has never been easier. Accommodation Pakenham manage all bookings, they may be made by phone, mail or email. All bookings are subject to written confirmation.
The guest named in the reservation remains the sole contact person.
What are the payment terms ?
A 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your stay.
If your booking is within 7 days of arrival, we only accept direct bank deposits.
What are the check in + check out times ?
Check in time: 4.00pm – Check out time: 10.00am. We can accommodate other times but is dependent on our property service schedule.
How do I accessing the property ?
Properties may be accessed by various methods including key in a lock box at the property, electronic or key pad code. Confirmed guests will be advised prior to check-in with details of how to access their property.
What do I need to bring / What does my booking include?
Our properties are supplied with sufficient bathroom and bedding linen for the number of confirmed guests.
Every property is provided with basic household / pantry items such as… toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder or tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, garbage bags etc. Once the property in which you are occupying is depleted of complimentary consumables, it is up to you to re-supply for the remainder of your stay.
How much is the Bond?
Whilst we know you will love and respect our property as much as we do, accidents do happen! The bond is a minimum of $500 per accommodation and is applicable to all Accommodation Pakenham bookings and is due at least 3 working days prior to arrival. It will be returned to you in full when the departure checklist is complete.
Is the Internet provided?
We have complementary Internet and WiFi. Codes are available in the Guest Book of your property.
Is Smoking permitted ?
Is strictly not allowed at any of our properties. Smokers can do so outside but cigarette butts must dispose of in the bins provided.
What if I damage something?
In the event of breakages, damages and lost items, Accommodation Pakenham requests that guests contact the relevant office to report the incident as soon as possible. Damages may be deducted from bond (or credit card supplied if the charges are higher than the bond processed).
Is baby and children’s equipment provided?
Some of our Accommodation Pakenham properties are equipped with high chairs and cots.
What’s my cleaning reasonability’s?
The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. This includes items such as dishes washed, food is to be removed from refrigerator(s) and cupboards.
All food / bottles must be removed from the property and placed in the ample garbage / recycling bins provided .
Please clean BBQ with the cleaning equipment provided to ensure all food is removed. Please advise if gas bottles are low and need replacing.
Bedding should be left on the bed and towels left in the bathroom.
Further cleaning charges may apply if extra and excessive cleaning is required after check out.
Can I bring my pet’s ?
Some of our properties listing will indicate if it is pet friendly. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to determine if a property is appropriate for their pet. Please contact Accommodation Pakenham if you are not sure. An additional charge applies for pets, as we are obliged for future guests to deep clean after departure. You are required to pick-up any droppings and dispose in the bins provided.
Neighbourhood Noise
Our properties are in suburban location where, from time to time, there may be building / construction on neighbouring houses within the nearby vicinity of the property booked. Accommodation Pakenham take no responsibility for any issues relating to noise on neighbouring properties.
Parking Fines who pay’s ?
Each property listing outlines the number of off-street car parks available and number of cars permitted at the property. On-street parking is not provided or guaranteed for guests or visitors. Accommodation Pakenham cannot be held responsible or liable for any fines or penalties incurred by guests or visitors from parking on the street.
Is there after Hours Assistance?
For after hours assistance, please phone 0419 009 927 This phone operates between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm. We will always attend to all issues, but guests need to be mindful that due to reasons beyond the control of properties eg: public holidays, it may not always be possible to suitably rectify all issues. A call out fee may apply in some circumstances.
