At Accommodation Pakenham
There are a select few properties where functions are permitted however express permission must be granted for any booking and additional function fees apply.
Rules include but are not limited to the following:
- We require photo id from all guests staying at a house prior to rental commencement.
- All guests will be required to read and sign a Rental Contract prior to rental commencement.
- No other people can stay at the house. No parties, No smoking and No drugs.
- All bookings payments are non-refundable.
- If a complaint of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour is received, security will be dispatched to investigate and may result in a $200 call-out charge. A report will be received by the A Perfect Stay or Boutique Stays office with information as to whether a fee has been charged. This fee will be taken from the guest’s security deposit and is non-negotiable.
- A refundable Damage Deposit of $2000 is to be guaranteed prior to check in.
- If ANY rules or conditions of rental are broken, the Damage Deposit will be automatically forfeited and guests will be evicted.
- Any abuse or wilful damage to a house will not be tolerated and full legal consequences to the extent of all applicable laws will be sought by Accommodation Pakenham.
Accommodation Pakenham reserves the right to apply further rules and conditions as necessary.
